Recordings

Live recordings on CDs of solo piano and chamber music from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods as well as contemporary and modern music. A great number of video and audio recordings. All are live events, during the concerts. Each CD includes a complete piano recital including the encores, exactly as the audience experienced it.

State Consultancy – Memberships – Arrangements

Advisor of the German Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs, Advisor of the Chinese Government for Culture & Education in Southern China. Long lasting Membership by the European Piano Teachers Association (EPTA) and the German Tonkünstlerverband DTKV (German Musicians' Association). Cooperation with contemporary composers. Artistic director of multinational music projects.

Chamber music: Cofounder of numerous different formations with strings, woodwinds and brass in duo, trio, quartet, quintet combinations. Numerous self made Arrangements of music from the classic literature as well as the modern music styles. Amongst others, 32 compositions of the famous Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis, which were arranged with great success for small, medium and large chamber music ensembles, performed in the biggest German cities.

Educational activity

Educator of piano since 1984 and of song interpretation since 1988. Long lasting Leadership of the Greek Children and Adult Choir in Aachen.

Many years of involvement and vast experience in the fields of ergonomics, body awareness, stage-fright, mental training, meditation, yoga, physical and mental stress reduction, physiology and time management. Sotirios Dimitriadis exercises meditation and yoga since his 22th year, daily.
