His extensive, wide spread repertoire comprises solo and chamber music from various periods of classical music (instrumental and vocal), as well as opera arias, songs, operettas, musical, evergreens, pop, jazz standards, blues, waltzes, movies, folk music and Greek music.

Numerous self made arrangements of music from the classic literature as well as the modern music styles. Amongst others, 32 compositions of the famous Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis, which Sotirios Dimitriadis arranged with great success for small, medium and large chamber music ensembles. They have been performed during an extended concert tour in all great concert halls in Germany. Sotirios Dimitriadis was the artistic director, arranger, orchestra conductor and piano soloist in these events.
